APSX needed a clear way to help first-time users understand setup, workflow, and real-world use of their new Injection Molding Machine. I built and presented the product education content that made the machine easier to understand, easier to trust, and easier to adopt.

Why It Mattered
This launch system made the PIM v3 less intimidating for first-time users by clearly showing setup, workflow, and real use. It also gave APSX a repeatable system for onboarding and support, which meant fewer “help me” emails!
